Assisted in a successful independent grassroots municipal campaign in Los Angeles, with a focus on strategy, coordination, and community engagement.



Born & raised in Los Angeles, California his passion for the sea developed early on as he spent most of his childhood on his family’s boat, M/Y Well Done. At just 9 years old he started learning essential skills of the sea. By his teens he was executing a full bow to stern refit on Well Done, gaining early engineering experience. He would spend his summers cruising the coast of California & Sea of Cortez in Mexico with his family forming strong seamanship early on.

20 years later ...

Blake Kollin is an established leader with 70,000 plus miles at seas across the world and certified charter machine who continuously aims in elevating goals while refining standards in the super yacht & luxury domain.

One of his top priorities is to be a leader of the new generation of yacht crew aiming to make a positive difference in the lives of super yacht crew and owners. Prioritizing safety and maximizing owners, charter guest and crew experiences .

To pave ways for the disadvantaged seeking opportunities in the industry while inspiring and assisting talented crew to thrive.
